This was a pre-reading material developed for a training session on team development at a private school in Jakarta.
The material was created in response to one of the school’s key challenges: poor communication between leaders and their team members. Several factors contributed to this issue, with seniority being one of the most significant.
To address this, I designed the content to foster healthier team communication and to break down barriers caused by hierarchy.
The results were positive—leaders learned to communicate more effectively, and the culture of seniority within teams was significantly reduced.
